embarrassing moments...
« on: May 27, 2008, 09:38:13 PM »
We all have em right?  Well I had one today....well tonight actually, Thanks to our lovely Brother PBurke...

Location:  Funeral Home Foyer
Occupants: straight laced holier than thou people
Victim:  Timmay
weapon: Cell Phone
evidence:  Voice Text message
contents:  Xrated ( cell phone volume on loud and wasnt aware)
victim recieves text message as he is standing near the entrance door where people were conversing.  Text message comes in ...text message is loading.  Victim hold door open for visitors as they are coming to and fro....messages finishes loading.....messages plays....ARE YOU A DICK SUCKER....Are YOU A PETER PUFFER!

I totally freaked out...couldnt get it to stop playing ...shut phone and external speaker comes on.  I dart off to the office ...hoping that no one heard it plain enough to understand what it said.  I look out at the foyer and everyone is looking at me.  I walk back out there and say Im sorry folks for the intruption....it was an important call.  Thanks

PBurke....LOL...i would like to say never again....but that was too funny!

Me and my friends send those things back and forth, it is hilarious. One of the best ones that went around was the "Hey look at me I have gay porn on my tele phone, hey look, look now! I have gay porn" There have been several other embarassing ones. I hate it when I open it when I am at the counter helping a customer or while I am about to go into a meeting, it seems I open them at the worst times but they make me laugh all the time.

Oh, that's priceless!
Not to steal your thread here Timm, but I had a good one about a year ago.

Another officer and I had this car with 4 late teen kids in it and from the minute we went up to them they started with the attitude.  So buddy and I get into our routine of 'bad cop & bad cop' and start busting them down to teach them a lesson or two on respect and so on.  We get them out and start searching the car for perhaps some alcohol or narcotics and we're taking our sweet a$$ time searching alternately busting them down.  After a few minutes all 4 of them are standing there hands held together in front, heads bowed only saying "yes sir, no sir, sorry sir."

I just popped the hood to do a quick check before letting them go (as nothing was found so we couldn't hold them) and as I lift open the hood, I see this big black mass by the strut mount that is NOT part of the car, and here I am thinking they may be making a dope delivery run.  I bend in close to get a better look, just as the black mass shifts, and up pops this head with little beady eyes that stare right at me.  There is this big a$$ raccoon that starts hissing and spitting, so what do I do in my infinite wisdom, I slam the hood down on it pissing it off and run back 20 feet yelling cause it scared the bajeezus outta me.

I was never more embarrassed on the job than that day, cause there I was one sec being the hard a$$ teaching the kids a lesson to the next second running away screaming.  We all had a good laugh, even the kids, but damn it if I wasn't embarrassed.

Just ask my grandma when she made a surprise visit one day when I was suppose to be in school!   LOL...I will always say....its one thing when your momma catches you...but when grandma catches you...Its bad..lol

Timm and Fortin, those were some great laughs for the day!
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.
