Razor burn/Bumps cuts
« on: September 13, 2017, 05:53:24 AM »
I've been sly since thanksgiving and have loved it.  The more time that passes - the greater the love.  Just posting this because I switched Razor's recently due to Hurricane Irma - I couldn't find my normal brand.   What a mistake - it left my head feeling like I had a sunburn and my skin became irritated and I even had some cuts - which never happens.

If you're having skin trouble - try a different razor.  I'm going back to my old one, needless to say - what a nightmare.

It seems the fewer number of blades, the less chance of getting irritation. I can be quite aggressive with my DE safety razor, a little more careful with a 3 blade, and for me, the Headblade just didn't work well.

I think one of the fun things about headshaving is trying so many different razors and products. Even after you find the best equipment that works for you, it's still fun to find new stuff. Every time I read that sporting a shaved head saves you money, I have to chuckle a little.
Bald by choice, and loving it!
