So do I.  It doesn't lay properly if I don't.

I like the shorter version , it just looks neater to me . Once past that certain length it takes to much maintenance, combing , washing , oiling , similar to having a full head of hair, LOL.

That's exactly the problem.  When I see pictures where it looked good I kind of miss it, but the truth is, getting to look good for a picture is one thing; getting to look good all the time was quite a challenge.

And the irony of that situation is not lost on some of us.

Razor, I'm not typically one to agree with a chin point like in your longer pic however you really can pull it off man.  Look at it like growing a beard in general...if you an grow a killer beard that makes all the ladys second guess the baby faced little boy walking next to them then why not do it? Feel me brother?

I think the shorter beard looks better, but that's only my opinion.

You know my opinion Razor, a thick beard like yours deserves to be grown out.  Nothing wrong with the shorter look, but you have awesome potential for a longer beard.

Nine months into the full beard. Three months before I decide what to do with it.

I still am hoping to get it long enough to touch my chest without bending my neck.

What do you think you will do when the three months are over, Cave Dweller?
