Total hair regrowth thoughts
« on: April 03, 2015, 07:55:54 AM »
Now i know most of you are bald for good reason, but have any of you thought about growing back your hair? I love the forum regardless of my slightly receeding head of hair  :x!

Has anyone heard of this program and if so, what were your thoughts? Its based around supplementation and good foods.

That is an easy question to answer. No. Frankly, I never have even given the idea any serious consideration.

Although poor nutrition can lead to hairloss, I don't think there is any evidence that a change in diet and/or using suppliments has any effect on restoring hair.

I'd rather shave my head and have the occasional nick or cut to it than have something like a hair transplant where you have a major operation that may not be successful.  I've been losing my hair for 20+ years so I am happy with the change, and I love being BBC.
First started shaving my head on the 9th October 2014
