Weight gain
« on: September 25, 2016, 12:05:02 PM »
Evening baldys. I used to be 19 stone, got down to 14 stone, now back up to 17 stone. Man I'm feeling rough and down. Drinking way more than I should be doing. I know how to do it because I have done it before but I'll be honest, I'm really struggling for that motivation at the minute. Just a quick Sunday night moan lol. Hope everyone has had a great, relaxing Sunday.
Mark.

It happens.  And getting the motivation back is not always easy.  One thing I've found that helps tremendously is a tracker like a Fitbit, which tracks your movements, heart rate, etc.  It keeps you conscious of how much you have or have not moved during the day and how man calories you've burned.

Taking that first step is always the hardest. Hope you get your mojo back soon.   :)

Thanks Razor. It was only today I was looking on amazon at a Fitbit watch, they are quite pricey but something I will definitely look at getting.

Not quite as snazzy as the fitbit watches, is the zip.  Basic. Tracks your steps.  Lots cheaper.
