If you like shine the cold water rinse/ice cube rub leaves your dome shiny as bro!

Personally I use witch hazel after followed up by Geo F Trumper skin food. The stuff is great, non greasy, mosturises and smells great!

Will definitely be ordering more when the sample runs out!

Other than that I used to use Nivea mousturiser with SPF 15

Nivea Extreme After Shave Balm..... great product, inexpensive and not greasy. Very little scent so it doesn't clash with the smell of your cologne.

Lately, for me, ice cubes and witch hazel have been enough..but when I do use aftershave, I use Gillette After Shave for sensitive skin (sold at Wally World and Walgreen's)

I have used the baby oil for shaving. The razor glides well but it leaves a far too greasy feeling, at least for me.
I rinse with cold water, apply witch hazel and an Aloe Vera Gel or a Moisturizer with SPF

This is gonna sound weird, but I put a shaving cream mix I made on while I'm in the shower (head slick, KOS alpha gel, olive oil, witch hazel, dettol antiseptic, and a bit of water), then get out and put head slick on top (most of the first is absorbed) then shave, apply witch hazel, then neutrogena sensitive facial moisturiser to the shaved dome.

Sounds like an awesome concoction!

Plain old Vaseline works best for me. Don't trust anything else not to DRY out my scalp.

First, I shave my scalp and face with headslick, then I wash/rinse, and dry my scalp, third, I use Nivea For Men Cool Kick Arctic Freeze 2 in 1 (after shave & gel moisturizer) or Headlube Matte.

In a hurry day maybe forget the after shave / lube step.

A small amount of Dr. Bronner's patchouli-lime lotion. Keeps the dome feelin soft and smooth, and never feels too greasy. Smells pretty good, too (wife-approved).
I've been meaning to try the cold water/ice cube trick for a shine, though. Gotta remember that tomorrow morning.

Either Nivea Extreme Comfort after shave balm or something from McEvoy Ranch in California that's a combination of olive oil, beeswax blood orange extract. Sometimes I use both for a little bit of an extra shine.
Hair is over rated.

I use an alcohol free aftershave and when that soaks in (about 10 minutes later) I use Vaseline Men's lotion.  I don't get burn, bumps but it is a tad shiny, which I like.
