Yes, swimming and showering with a bald head is very nice. New experience.  Great feel. The water from your hair does not run down in your eyes anymore.

Women...I would say I'm very average looking and I've been approached from behind at a bar with a girl rubbing my bald head.

My hair was like yours...key word was. Bald is better.
If only I could figure out how to get rid of the hair that still comes back...

So I'm not some dude that tries to pick up women, being that I'm happily married... but I have been approached by more women in the last 6 months since I shaved my head then the last 2 years combined. Calvo is dead on.

There is nothing like the feel of a freshly shaved head.  I find the lack of hair makes the warmer weather easier to handle.  To be honest, the cold weather feels a bit colder, but get yourself a good hat and there are no problems.  Seriously though, I do not miss having hair.  I have a full head of thick hair and I take great pleasure in shaving it off every day.  Once you live as a bald man (30 day challenge) you will never want to go back.

Too true.  I've enjoyed my shaved dome for nearly 12 years.
