Canada Day and I went from longer hair to Bald
« on: July 03, 2007, 11:18:49 AM »
all I can say is I really enjoy the new look.
We host a Canada Day party every year and one of our friends kid shaved his head last year, He was doing it again this year with the money he raised going to The Canadian Cancer Society, he had raised  fair bit and I was asked what it would take for me to shave my head, now my hair is not exactly short and I said match what he has raised before they finish shaving him and I would do it, well my brother in law got on with the challenge, and they nearly doubled what was raised and sure enough it was my turn in the chair.
I must say that 3 days on I am keeping my head shaved and had it not be for charity i might never have known what it was to be a slybaldguy and I am keeping it.

Rex, welcome to Sly Bald Guys!  Your path to Sly was a very noble one.
