Title: We are everywhere
Post by: nuts on December 09, 2016, 11:59:50 PM
It seems sly guys are taking over the world.
I was in Sydney, Australia yesterday and in two long blocks of the main city sterrt I counted 19 other sly bald heads. Interesting only two others had any facial hair.

Agree, headshavers are everywhere here too. I have noticed that many more also have clean shaven faces too. Might be a trend, but I'm not willing to follow that trend yet.

Just saw a newspaper story about a new restaurant. Three men were in the photo, 2 were sly.

Very much the same in Brisbane.

Funny you say that, I too am seeing us everywhere around central Florida (US).

Lately I've seen a ton of fellow sly guys out in grocery stores and such, always results in what I call the "smirk and nod" where you both silently acknowledge eachother's sly status and take pride in the fact that you have something cool going on that most around you don't.  It's always a brief but sublime moment.

It's funny how we see them everywhere now. I remember back in 2006 when I started SBG that you didn't see a lot of people with shaved heads.

We are for sure everywhere.  Each time I go out I see more and more of us.  I like the fact that we do tend to greet each other with a look and nod!

whenever I meet anothervhead shaver I usually greet them with; "nice haircut!", or "I see you git the memo!"

At the gym when I see a new person with a shaved head with or without facial hair I often say something along the lines of 'I see yo have copied my hairstyle' and that ujsually leads to a conversation - usually 'we are everywhere'.  I have made some new friends with this approach.

In the street a nod of acknowledgement of a shared hairstyle is quite common.
