I don't think it's formulated for white folks, although it helps African-Americans avoid serious shaving bumps.  I'm not even sure if it's intended for anyone's scalp, white or black. All the black guys who shave their heads at my gym that I've seen shaving use a blade and lather.
Be careful, my WAG would be that it is as irritating as anything like Nair is.

I didn't buy that junk I just happened to see it when I was buying HeadBlade refills over the weekend. Obviously it caught my attention enough to ask if anyone here had used it. I would NEVER use any product without checking in with my brothers first. Based on Mike's opinion of the product I would say thats a definite no buy. Thanks Mike!

DON'T DO IT!!!  I got a chemical burn on my head trying out Nair.  Not my finest moment.

This was in the very early stages of my "sly-dom", when I was in search of a "longer lasting, stubble/shadow-free" solution.

NOT a good idea- especially for those guys with light to pale skin tone!! (https://www.slybaldguys.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi660.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fuu330%2Fcthulhu19887%2Fsmileys%2F00020414.gif&hash=3a69f9bf2186dd29b1eddb8614ed87241d027419)

THE SMELL WAS AWFUL, AND THE IRRITATITING BURN WAS WORSE!!

After my lil' experiment gone awry, it was back to the ol' reliable blade whack. (https://www.slybaldguys.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi257.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fhh206%2FSerraTijn%2Fsmileys%2Fsmiley_shaving.gif&hash=6f0aae081c3cf7181261a14eaab661f99fbfd313)
