Buzzed & Bearded

After work on Saturday Morning, before heading to my brother's lake house for the holiday weekend, I grabbed the clippers and buzzed it down to 1/4 of an inch. My hair hasn't been this short since high school. It looks good and feels good. I didn't have my beard back then either, and I'm really liking the combination. One of the girls there even said she really liked it. I told her I'm thinking about shaving  it someday, and she said she thinks I'll look great shaved totally bald. . Here's the pics, before and after. What's everyone think?

Yeah the close buzz really minimized the appearance of thinning. Here's a pic from awhile ago.

I say go for it!  There's nothing like the feel of a freshly shaved head.  If you don't like it it'll grow out to buzz length in just a couple of weeks.  Maybe even shave it for 30 days.  I bet you'll be hooked!  I know I am.  I can't imagine having hair again.

Use the sly bald guys link to the headblade website for the discount, buy yourself the starter kit (atx, headslick, headlube), and shave your head.  You won't regret it.  You can, down the line, look into a de and brush and so forth but don't worry yet.  The atx works great and will get you hooked, it still use mine occasionally in rotation with my de's
