My new razor!
« on: July 06, 2012, 11:18:54 PM »
So this little beauty is a Cobra Classic razor.  It uses injector type blades from Feather and Kai (mainly), although it's not an injector itself.  It's American made (as far as I know), and the other side is very shiny.   It's kind of heavy for a razor, weighing in at 3.5 oz.  It's a wonderful tool.

(The soap is Fume lavender, a wonderful yet cheap Turkish soap, the brush is an Omega boar).

(Sorry guys, that first photo was too small, hopefully this one is ok!)

Works really well.  I've had 3 shaves with it so far, and it's getting better as I get used to it.

That said, I wouldn't say it shaves any better than my slant, which was about a quarter of the price!  Aesthetically it's a beautiful razor though.
