Today I used the Kai Captain foldable razor with Feather pro guard.
Soap was Vitos super coconut.
Omega Boar brush.

Glorious shave!

Did you shave your head with that as well?

If yes props to you, I'd look like Joe Stevenson afterwards:

...minus some of the hair at least I hope...  ???

I've shaved with the razor in my previous picture, which uses the same blade, but I find this one a bit unwieldy around my head!

@BlueBriz:  Hi Brian... that brush you have is not an Omega Brush.  It looks like a Semogue 1305.  It has the Semogue trademark on handle.

You're right Mel,
I think I just wrote that on autopilot having used an Omega the day before.

Hi Brian:  As a big fan of Semogue brushes... I can spot a 1305. ;)  For those of you that are on the fence on Semogue brushes... I highly recommend them.  They are lathering machines. O0

Headshave was the usual Wilkinson Sword Extreme III, with Williams shave cream (not shown)

Face:
Razor: Feather Artist Club SS
Blade: Feather pro guard
Soap: Mike's peppermint and something
Brush: Huge horsehair from Turkey
Dessert: witch hazel, followed by Lucido AS and 444 balm.  Too cold for Osage rub these days! :0(

Great shave though!

Monday, November 19th, 2012 SOTD

Razor:  EJ DE89L and Gillette Fusion (yeah, I know...)

Blade:  Wilkinson Sword

Cream:  Cremo Cream

Brush:  Van Der Hagen

I picked up some Cremo Cream to try, figuring it had to be better than gel from a can. I love the citrus fragrance, but this doesn't lather very well. Their website says it's meant to be brushless, but you can use a brush and bowl if you like. It seems too runny if I mix it in a bowl with my wet brush, even without adding any additional water. I also tried applying it directly to my wet face, and didn't like the results.

I just have to order some quality cream and get it over with!

I can get my dome BBS, but never enjoy the same with my face and neck. Must not give up...

@Warhawk - You seem to use the TOBS Sandalwood Cream a lot. Must be good stuff. :)
Just say no to rugs!

@Theebaldguy:  TOBS is my favorite shaving cream.  It comes in many scents.  I look forward to trying the other TOBS scents.  The TOBS shave cream is a great performing cream.  It lathers thick and creamy and provides great cushion.  With that said... my favorite shave soap is Mike's Natural Soap and Mystic Water Soap.  This is another great performing product that won't disappoint.

No pics today, but I went back to the Cobra Classic and got a great shave with Vitos Super coconut and Semogue 1305 (is that right Mel?) brush.

Outstanding shave this morning!

I got this razor maybe a month back but hadn't used it before:

Razor: Razorock 3 piece mirrored handle.
Blade: Perma Sharp Super
Soap: Tabac
Brush: Vie Long horse hair.

Dessert: witch hazel, 444 balm with Tactics aftershave.  Tactics cologne.  Smooth, fresh and feeling good!
