I'm a fan of the loofah sponge pad, not the sponge itself.  They're available at Wal-Mart for about $2-3.  After shampooing up the face fuzz and putting some on my stubble, I add a small amount of shampoo on the pad and give the scalp a nice rub--feels great, price is right. ;)

You can't go wrong with that, I've been using the Body shop tea tree oil scrub and it works well, the other one alot of people like is headscrub.

I buy the CVS brand Apricot Scrub....... It's just as good as the St. Ives and it can be had for half the price.

I use St Ives facial exfoliant (actually my grocery store's cheap knock-off of it, same exact quality).  Works great on face and dome.

I started using the St. Ives Apricot Scrub about 2 weeks ago after hearing about it in other discussions and have had nothing but great results using it! I'm going to switch to the Walgreens or CVS brand once the current supply runs out.

Hey Dudes, thought I'd revive this thread.

After so many glowing (pardon the expression) recommendations, I tried St. Ives, but I should have read the label. I'm allergic to walnuts and walnut are the abrasive ingredient in St. Ives. DOH! Bump central on the dome.

So I need other suggestions for an exfoliant, good for oily skin, that won't send me running for the Zyrtec and Cortisone.

Anyone?
