Horse Sense?
« on: April 26, 2016, 03:48:01 PM »
A rancher walked into his stable one afternoon, and holding up some carrots by their stalks, called, "Who is ready for a treat?"

One of the horses looked up at him and thought, "Strangely, I don't think I am."

Suddenly, the horse was gone.

Those familiar with philosophy will not be surprised at the above story as it only illustrates in the negative the proposition of French philosopher René Descartes, "Cogito ergo sum."

"I think, therefore I am."

Stating his theory at the beginning of the story, however, would have been...
Putting Descartes Before De Horse.

:*))  One of the best, worst puns I have ever heard, but thanks for starting my day off with a laugh (or was that a groan?)

Ok, somebody's got too much time on his hands!
Hair is over rated.
