I was lucky enough to receive a sample of their Head Shave Cream and here's what I think about it:

Overall, this is a high quality product that will give you a great shave with the reduction of nicks and cuts.  The cream is much thicker out of the tube than most of the popular brands which had me a bit worried at first.  I thought, "how is this thick cream going to give me a slick smooth shave?"  The second I lathered it on my wet dome, I realized that it was going to live up to it's claims of a smooth shave.

Citizen Smooth is not the slickest shaving cream out there, but where it lacks in slickness it makes up for in protection.  The thickness of the cream seemed to provide a shield that protects you from cutting yourself.  If you're prone to cutting your head while shaving, this may be the product for you.

Pros:

Great minty smell
Close shave with added protection
Not much is needed, so don't apply too much

Only available online - but most good products are.
